Why should I build with Stonecroft?

They can help you obtain financing resources, decorators, and general advice about the process of managing an existing property while your dream home is being built. Stonecroft Homes have devoted their business to tackling the hurdles of obtaining a quality new home for hundreds of families in the Triangle area.

What if I have a design of my own that I would like to build?

GREAT! You should set up an appointment with Stonecroft Homes to discuss the possibility of using your own plans. If you have chosen a set of plans from a magazine or from something that you've seen in another house . . .

How do I afford to make my current mortgage and pay my construction costs while my new house is being built?

Builders have many financial resources. Most builders work closely with more than one lender. There are several financing plans that allow the costs of construction while paying an existing mortgage.

Will Stonecroft build on land I own?

We will be happy to take a look at your land to determine if a Stonecroft Homes home is feasible. Many details are taken into consideration when choosing a lot on which to build - size, natural slope, allowable space for the outdoor living areas, landscaping and so on. We also need to consider neighborhood covenants and local home owners associations. We generally build in only the finest neighborhoods, but are willing to look at the special location you have chosen for your dream home.
