This initial meeting takes place at the Stonecroft Homes Office.  We will cover all the item below among some others topics with the Client. In this meeting we will:

• Explain Stonecroft Homes Philosophies & Processes.

• Review the Client’s initial location criteria.

• Discuss the Client’s initial design ideas/style preferences.

• Have a preliminary discussion about client’s budget.

• Discuss interim and permanent financing, if necessary.
