Step 17:  Closing

Before turning over the Stonecroft Keys to your new home, we work to make sure that your home meets or exceeds the Residential building performance guidelines as outlined by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

• Stonecroft Homes performs a final home inspection, and completes “punch” list.

• A financial wrap-up is performed between Stonecroft and Client.

• Warranty information and procedures reviewed.

• Schedule closing.

• The closing procedure will take coordination between the banking institution, the Client, and Stonecroft Homes.

• Complete the closing.
